My Experience
My experience at Universal was enriching both professionally and personally. On one hand, I was able to learn about workflows, the importance of efficient processes and the usage of different AI tools in our daily work. By working on diverse projects with interdisciplinary teams I was able to improve my time management, communication skills and flexibility. On the other hand, I was able to understand the importance of having a good team, and how trust and closeness can be great allies.

As a part of Grupo Nutresa, CNCH specialises in the chocolate business. It produces everything from candy bars, to chocolate drinks, snacks and industrial products, it reaches homes worldwide to give people sweet and indulgent moments.
Through brands such as Jet, Jumbo, Corona, Cordillera, Montblanc, Chocolisto, Lyne, La especial, and many others, they connect with a wide range of consumers.
My Experience
During my time on the project, where we provided an in-house packaging development service for Compañía Nacional de Chocolates, I was able to learn a huge amount about branding and packaging. Having to constantly change design languages and learning about food labelling gave me flexibility in my work and helped me perfect my workflows, all while understanding the role that we have as designers within a larger organization.
